The Eastern Washington Section will host the 2004 Region J Conference in Richland, WA April 23-25, 2004.

Childcare will not be provided during the conference. Children are to be accompanied by thier parent or guardian at all times. Children under age 12 are not required to purchase meals.

NOTE: Tour A is restricted to attendees age 18 or older. Other tours do not have an age restriction.
Tour B: Nine Mile Canyon Wind Project (Public Wind Power Project), 12:00 - 3:00 pm

The Smithsonian exhibit Yesterdays Tomorrows: Past Visions of the American Future explores how America viewed the future during the last century using popular culture.

Print and mail form with check made out to: "SWE-EWS Region J Conference".
Registration Form (pdf format) - Early Registration Postmarked by March 26, 2004. Basic Early Registration Fees: Professional $75, Student/Retired/Unemployed $30, Non-Member/Guest $80. Additional costs for tours and Saturday dinner.

Minors Attending Conference:
Meal charges for minors 12 years old and older will be required with the exception of breakfast if staying at the hotel. There will be no facility or hotel childcare offered during the conference. Supervision from the legal guardian or parent is required for all minors that attend the conference.

Reserve room by calling 1-800-635-3980 or email and tell them you are registering for the Society of Women Engineers Conference to get the room rate of: $55 single/$60 double occupancy includes continental breakfast. Reserve your room by March 26, 2004.
Visit Royal Hotel for additional information on the hotel, but DO NOT make your reservations through their website as it does not offer the special SWE rate.
